It's Friday afternoon and we finally got around to finishing our paper mache eggs. We were up for some super crafting. I thought Calla might enjoy the sticky goo and shaping the wet paper around the balloons. She had more fun with the balloons, bonking isabel on the head etc. She did however help with the final stages of painting the eggs, painting herself, and the easel. She loves to paint, just not on paper. The paper mache reminded me of Wendy and our old pinata days on 3200 E. It was fun, but now that I'm finished I'm forced to confront the age old question: Now that you have a large paper mache sculpture, what are you going to do with it? I think we'll use these for hanging easter baskets this year. I don't see us hosting an elaborate Easter feast that requires centerpieces. E
